摘要
Embedding cesium lead bromide perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) into silica matrix has been proved as an efficient way to enhance the stability of PQDs. Here, we firstly report 3-(Dimethoxymethylsilyl)propylamine (DEMSPA) as a precursor to form coating shell. The PQDs solution and DEMSPA were mixed in the open air at the room temperature. The final product was extracted from the sol-gel solution. The luminescent properties of QDs is over 60 d of storage under ambient conditions. The PQDs/SiO2 composite powder possesses the photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of 63.5%. Coating the powder on the blue chips, the white light-emitting diode (LED) exhibits a wide color gamut with 123.6% of National Television System Committee (NTSC) color triangle area. The PQDs/SiO2 composite has been proved cubic phase structure, indicating good crystallinity. The good crystallinity enables QDs to be applied as broad optoelectronic devices.
