摘要
As a new type of wound dressing, hydrogels have attracted more and more attention. However, traditional hydrogel wound dressings lack inherent antibacterial properties and are difficult to match irregular wounds, which leads to an easy wound bacterial infection. To solve the problems associated with traditional hydrogels, in this research, a thermosensitive hydrogel (PFLD) for wound dressings was developed based on Poloxamer 407 (PF127), lysine (Lys), and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC).
