摘要
To address the current issues of insufficient visualization and low digitalization level in chemical plant systems, this study proposes a construction method for a chemical plant digital twin based on a five-dimensional digital twin model. This method integrates multi-source data such as remote sensing images of chemical plants, plant area distribution maps, enterprise detection data, and historical archives to build a comprehensive system that includes a digital twin model and a multi-source monitoring database. By constructing a digital twin scenario and applying virtual-physical mapping technology, and combining web front-end and back-end technologies with Cesium three-dimensional globe technology, it achieves interaction between the virtual and real chemical plant environments and digital correspondence. The aforementioned functions can enhance the interactivity and three-dimensional visualization capabilities of the chemical plant decision-making system.
