摘要
Based on the typical battery management system (BMS) architecture of electric vehicles, the HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) analysis method and the method introduced in Chinese national standard GB $I$ T 34590–2017 "Road vehicles - Functional safety" (based on ISO 26262) are used to implement the hazard analysis and risk assessment of BMS, and the functional safety goals and requirements of BMS are put forward, which provides a reference for inheriting and refining the technical safety requirements and safety architecture of BMS, and implementing the functional safety requirements of BMS to the design and implementation of software and hardware layer by layer. To achieve the battery related safety of new energy vehicle, this paper put forward the prospective proposal based on the state-of-the-art practice, the interaction between E/E (BMS) and non-E/E (battery) should be clarified since only focusing on E/E (BMS) malfunction itself is not sufficient.
