Study and Application of Nutritional Components of Wild Plant Var australis (Diels) Rehd

The analysis of Var australis (Diels) Rehd nutrients showed that it contained mineral elements, fiber, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins including β-carotene. And at least 17 kinds of amino acid were found in Var australis (Diels) Rehd . It provided the basic data for the utilization of this wild plant.
