摘要
Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is one of the most common community-acquired pneumonia in children.Local MP-DNA load objectively reflects the balance of the immune clearance between the pathogen and host.In recent years, scholars have used different quantitative detection of MP-DNA to conduct a lot of research on different objects.It has been found that MP-DNA load can contribute to the early diagnosis of Mycoplasma infection and has association with the severity of the disease, it may guide the rational administrations for clinicians and can better predict the prognosis.
