The ineffectiveness of cisplatin therapy in treating colorectal cancer (CRC) is attributed to an increase of resistance. It's necessary to investigate adjunctive agents capable of enhancing drug efficacy. Previous studies have shown that ropivacaine inhibit the growth of various cancer cells, but its impact on cisplatin resistance in tumors is not well understood.
