摘要
Abstract To ensure structural safety of large container ships, advanced application of monitoring data is pursued. To estimate sea state in a probabilistic manner, in this paper, we attempted peak-by-peak Bayesian updating of the multi-modal directional wave spectrum estimated using the measured ship hull stresses. In addition, time history of the probability distributions of stress responses according to the obtained probabilistic sea state was discussed compared with the measurement.
