摘要
MXene has excellent anticorrosion and self-lubricating properties. It is widely used in the field of anticorrosion and wear resistance. However, there is a strong interaction between MXene nanosheets, which makes it easy for them to agglomerate in the coating and affects the mechanical properties of the coating. Thus, the application of MXene is limited. In this study, MXene is modified by 2,5-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid, which can reduce the aggregation of MXene in the coating. MXene is functionalized by using tetrabutylphosphorus hydroxide benzotriazole lignin composite material (BTA-P4444-Lig) with environmental protection, anticorrosion, and lubricating properties. The prepared MXene has excellent anticorrosion and lubrication properties. Functionalized MXene (f-MXene-P) is used as a filler for environmentally friendly waterborne epoxy (WEP) coatings. Electrochemical tests show that the impedance of f-MXene-P/WEP (3.91 × 107 Ω·cm2) is an order of magnitude higher than that of WEP (1.89 × 106 Ω·cm2). The maze effect of MXene and the protective film formed by BTA-P4444-Lig on the surface of Q235 steel synergistically enhance the anticorrosion performance of f-MXene-P/WEP. The friction test results show that the friction coefficient of f-MXene-P/WEP (0.068) is much lower than that of WEP (0.612). The synergistic effect of MXene and BTA-P4444-Lig with lubricating properties improves the wear resistance of f-MXene-P/WEP.
