摘要
Rapid analysis of the detailed hydrocarbon composition of vacuum gas oil, hydrocracking bottom oil, and hydrogenated lube base oil is a critical technology in the production of hydrogenated lube base oil. In this study, based on a quantity of representative samples, a novel approach for estimating the hydrocarbon composition for vacuum gas oil, hydrocracking bottom oil and hydrogenated lube base oil was developed by near infrared (NIR) spectra combined with new chemometric method called library spectra fitting. The proposed method can reduce the maintenance requirements of traditional multivariate calibration such as partial least squares (PLS) apparently. The results of NIR analysis are basically consistent with ASTM standard method, which can fulfill the needs of rapid analysis in industrial field. Currently, the technology and corresponding software tools have been applied in a petroleum refinery.
