摘要
Abstract The experimental and theoretical results obtained in the investigation of the behaviour of “dry” and solvated electrons by the photoemission method are presented. The nature of retardation of epithermal electrons in liquids, the rate of capture of solvated electrons by the scavengers in the liquid bulk, as well as on the metal surface have been quantitatively studied. The role of dry electrons in the formation of the total photocurrent has been examined. A theory has been advanced to explain the nonstationary photodiffusion processes.
