Objective:To analyze solitary pulmonary nodules with CT structure around sign in diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions. Methods:Collected 143 cases confirmed of isolated lung knot by pathology and did regular scanning and local thin layer scan. They were divided into two groups, the benign group and malignant group. Then we compared in various signs of statistically different between them, including leaf signs, vascular cut trace syndrome, spines bursting syndrome,Burr syndrome, edge sharp, pleural SAG syndrome, vascular cluster syndrome, positive bronchial syndrome,Halo syndrome, satellite focal syndrome, congestive syndrome, and introduction streamline syndrome. Results:In 143 cases, there were 44 cases of benign lesions and 99 cases of malignant lesions.Beside positive bronchial sign and down syndrome, other surrounding structures signs between benign group and malignant group had the significant difference(P0.05)or obvious significant(P0.01).Conclusion:Most peripheral signs have diagnostic value of solitary pulmonary nodules. But positive bronchial syndrome and down syndrome in benign and malignant nodules have no difference.
