摘要
In the medical field, the microwave technology is mainly applied to microwave ablation, microwave hemostasis and microwave physiotherapy. The microwave ablation is the earliest application of microwave in the medical field, and has become the "frontline treatment method" for tumors and cancers, especially liver cancer. However, the cable is prone to injury to normal tissues because of its high temperature. The microwave hemostasis has the advantage of rapid hemostasis in the "surface" compared with traditional hemostasis, but its safety and disposal methods need to be further studied. The microwave physiotherapy, based on the microwave thermal effect, is commonly combined with other drugs and treatment methods in clinical practice to achieve better therapeutic effects, which has great room for development.
