摘要
We synthesized Ba–Pb–S chalcogenide compounds with tunable bandgap properties using a discrete molecular precursor strategy. Ba 0.5 Pb 0.5 S has a 1.77 eV optical bandgap, p-type characteristics, and shows great potential for optoelectronic applications.
