• (FeCoNi) 86 Al 7 Ti 7 alloy were fabricated using a selective laser melting technique. • The microstructural evolution of original and annealed the alloys were discussed. • The influences of the strength and hardness of the alloys are also investigated. (FeCoNi) 86 Al 7 Ti 7 High-entropy alloys show high hardness, fatigue resistance and excellent mechanical property, making it appealing for nuclear industry application. In this paper, (FeCoNi) 86 Al 7 Ti 7 High-entropy alloys were fabricated using a selective laser melting technique (SLM). The microstructural evolution of original and annealed the SLM alloys were discussed in detail after irradiating. In addition, the influences of the strength and hardness of high entropy alloys were also investigated.
