摘要
In article number 1900008, Ho-Hsiu Chou, Ye Zhou, Su-Ting Han and co-workers report an artificial organic synaptic device with bipolar resistive switching characteristics and bidirectional gradual conductance regulation. Bio-inspired synaptic phenomena have been implemented and systematically investigated. The dependence of linear conductance tuning on various pulse parameters is revealed and interpreted by Butler-Volmer equation.
