摘要
Epitaxial films of La 3/2 Sr 1/2 NiO x F y with a wide range of fluorine content ( y ), 0.4 – 3, were prepared. The fluorinated film exhibited high electric insulation due to the large and random bond distortions provided by the fluorination.
