摘要
Phospherescence lifetimes have been measured for five partially deuterated biphenyls in EPA at 77°K. The data show that the number and position of symmetrically substituted deuterium atoms have a significant influence on triplet state lifetimes. It is found that proton substitution in the meta position is least effective in promoting radiationless transitions.
