摘要
(Cell 158, 300–313; July 17, 2014) In the above article, we included an incorrect unit of measurement for the dose of anti-CSF1R monoclonal antibody used to deplete muscularis macrophages. The correct dose is 37.5 μg/g (micrograms per gram) of body weight, as noted in the Experimental Procedures. The maximal dose used to deplete all intestinal macrophages is 150 μg/g of body weight, as noted in the legend for Figure 3G. The article has been corrected online. Crosstalk between Muscularis Macrophages and Enteric Neurons Regulates Gastrointestinal MotilityMuller et al.CellJuly 17, 2014In BriefA unique population of macrophages residing in the smooth muscle of the gut regulates gastrointestinal motility by communicating with enteric neurons. This macrophage-neuronal dialog is plastic and is affected by intestinal microbiota, a discovery that offers mechanistic insights into gastrointestinal motility disorders. Full-Text PDF Open Archive
