Intenzitet krške korozije na području Biokova

The research of corrosion intesity in the area of Biokovo was preformed by the method of “standard limestone tablets“. The results of surface and subcutaneous corrosion are compared. Results were analyzed with respect to factors that affect the corrosion intesity. The results showed that the fastest lowers north-east part of the Biokovo mountain, than the top of it. Impact of corrosion is the lowest in the coastal slope.
