摘要
Abstract Without optical and mechanical components, resolving information from composite light is challenging even from two dimensions. 3D (intensity, spectrum, and polarization state) reconstruction is extremely rare and only explored in the infrared region. Herein, the first polarization‐ and spectrum‐sensitive photodetector in the visible region is constructed, which relies on orientations of perovskite nanowire arrays and in situ voltage modulation. This detector can realize real‐time detection of spectral information and Stokes vector simultaneously. Such a design successfully obtains the information from three dimensions, and the multi‐dimensional imaging capability has also been demonstrated. This work provides a valid instance of multi‐dimensional photodetection and shows a development direction of extracting target features from miscellaneous information.
