摘要
A new method for developing green corrosion inhibitors based on the encapsulation and transport of insoluble compounds by self-assembled micelles was developed in this study. Combining experimental and theoretical methods, the anti-corrosion performance and synergistic mechanism of ionic liquid and plant extracts on carbon steel at high temperature and high acid concentration environments were investigated. At low temperatures, inhibitors formed adsorption aggregates on the metal surface, and the water-insoluble compounds were encapsulated by micelles. As the temperature rose, the substances in the micelles were released, and a denser protective film formed on the steel surface, effectively preventing carbon steel corrosion.
