摘要
In this study, the Fuzzy Delphi Method was adopted to select evaluation indicators. The traditional analytic hierarchy process and the analytic networking process were used to calculate the order of priority for the weights of various strategies. These methods were applied in conjunction to develop a model for evaluating the management strategies of urban regeneration stations (URS). This model can serve as a reference for reviewing and improving policy performance and identifying the key factors relevant to promoting urban regeneration by governments worldwide. Furthermore, the study outcomes can serve as a reference for the Taiwanese government for future promotion of urban regeneration policies and relevant research. Finally, the research results were compared with current URS management strategies and promotion projects in Taiwan to form suggestions for improvement.
