摘要
A computational fluid dynamic software is used to study an oxyacetylene torch employed as a screening facility for high temperature material testing. The model uses a computationally efficient one step reaction mechanism. First, a published test-case is used to verify the approach. The results produced using the present model fall within 5% of the published results for heat flux and surface temperature. The approach is then used to model an existing experimental facility
