摘要
高油脂饮食已经被证实造成许多肥胖相关疾病之发生,例如:第二型糖尿病、脑中风、心血管疾病、脂肪肝、肠癌、高血压与高血脂症等。本研究以分离自台湾产腌制酸菜中的植物乳杆菌GKM3益生菌冻干粉末喂食高脂饮食诱导Wistar大鼠,探讨其对体脂肪、体重及血液生化分析之影响。试验大鼠分为三组,分别正常组(ND)喂食正常饲料,高脂饲料组(HFD)及高脂饲料管喂给予GKM3益生菌组(HFD + GKM3)。结果显示给予GKM3可显著抑制高脂饮食诱导之体重增加,抑制肝脏的肿大、降低内脏脂肪与体脂肪堆积、降低血清中三酸甘油酯与尿酸浓度、降低肝脏中脂质含量及提高粪便中脂质含量(p < 0.05)。 High fat diet has been confirmed to cause many obesity-related diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, stroke, cardiovascular disease, fatty liver, colon cancer, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum GKM3, separated from sauerkraut in Taiwan, on body fat, body weight and blood biochemical in Wistar rats fed a high fat diet. The rats were randomly divided into three groups, normal diet (ND) group, high fat diet (HFD) group, and high-fat diet with probiotic GKM3 (HFD + GKM3) group. The results showed that GKM3 could significantly inhibit the weight of body and liver, reduce the accumulation of visceral fat and body fat, decrease the concentration of triglyceride and uric acid in the serum, and decrease the lipid contents in the liver and the stool. Based on the above results, GKM3 can beneficially affect the host by reducing the detrimental effects induced by a high-fat diet (p < 0.05).
