Development of a Machine Learning-Based Lung Allocation System for the Maximum Benefit of Lung Transplantation

Purpose:: Lung allocation systems differ in each country. Transplant benefit is complex to be defined and incorporated into allocation policy. We aimed to develop a new lung allocation system for calculating the best transplant benefit and seeking an optimal allocation system.
