摘要
The synthesis of Bi2O3/Bi2S3 nanoparticles (NPs) with the presence of stabilizing agent 1-thioglycerol by the aqueous colloidal method have been demonstrated in the present work. The morphological, structural, and optical properties of Bi2O3/Bi2S3 nanoparticles were investigated by transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and Photoluminescence, respectively. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy spectra show the characteristic bands of the Bi–O bond and the formation of the S–Bi bond. The growth of Bi2O3/Bi2S3 nanoparticles is evidenced by the results obtained, which recommend them as promising materials for biotechnological applications.
