摘要
177Lu is one of the most important therapeutic radionuclides in nuclear medicine over the past decades due to its high theranostic potential. A review of modern methods for obtaining this promising medical radioisotope is presented. Both traditional methods for producing 177Lu in reactors and methods for producing in accelerators for heavy charged particles and electron accelerators are considered. The current state of the considered methods, main problems and prerequisites for their development are analyzed.
