摘要
Recent progress and perspectives of structure-controlled lithium metal electrodes are reviewed in article number 1902113 by Myung-Hyun Ryou, Yong Min Lee, and co-workers. The cover image schematically depicts the three major strategies to lower the effective current density of lithium metal anode: 3D frameworks, lithium metal powder, and micro-patterned lithium metal anode. They would be unmissable key technologies for paving the way for post-lithium-ion batteries.
