摘要
The excellent magnification and illumination of the operating microscope not only helps to improve the quality of conventional root canal therapy, but also plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of the difficult cases of endodontic diseases. It has an irreplaceable position over other equipment especially for the treatment of root canal therapy complications and the apical surgery. The structure and operation of the operating microscope are relatively complicated. The proficiency of the dentist may influence the evaluation of its clinical application effect. Based on the review of literature and author's clinical experience, this paper evaluates the role of operating microscope in the diagnosis and treatment of endodontic diseases.手术显微镜卓越的放大和照明功能,不仅有助于提高常规根管治疗的质量,在牙髓病和根尖周病疑难病例的诊断和治疗中也发挥着重要作用,特别是在根管治疗并发症的处理和根尖外科手术方面,有着其他设备不可替代的作用。手术显微镜的结构和操作相对复杂,术者使用的熟练程度可能影响其临床作用的评估。本文根据文献和临床经验,对手术显微镜在牙髓病和根尖周病诊疗中的作用进行评价。.
