摘要
Alzheimer's disease has become a great threaten to the human health, which is a great challenge for the global public security.The development of novel anti-AD drug is becoming a hot issue in the area of life and health.During this process the discovery of anti-AD bioactive molecules and leading compounds is the first and key step.The natural products originated from plants are characteristic for their chemical diversity, bioactivity diversity, and multitarget mechanisms of action.Herein we summarized the probable pathogenesis of AD and the chemical structures and biological activities of naturally occurring compounds with anti-AD activity, which will be a reference for the development of anti-AD drugs.
