摘要
Recently, many popular methods, such as vacuum filtration, spray coating and electrophoretic deposition, have been employed for assembling Ti3C2Tx MXene based micro-supercapacitors (MSCs). However, different preparation techniques affect the microstructure of electrode, and further affect the electrochemical performance, which has been rarely reported. Then the electrochemical performance of electrodes via above preparation technologies has been studied. By contrast, the electrode prepared by electrophoretic deposition possesses more open structure. The optimized device delivers high areal capacitance, good rate capability and excellent flexibility.
