摘要
This paper investigates the influence of geometric dimension of stator core of multiphase surface permanent magnet motors (PMSMs) on the high vibration behavior caused by the pulse width modulation (PWM) current harmonics. Based on the permeance distribution functions (PDFs) method and spatial order-excitation transfer functions (SOETFs) method, the high-frequency vibration performance of motors with different geometric dimensions can be obtained. And the optimal stator core structure was obtained through comparison. Subsequently, an optimized prototype was designed and manufactured. Finally, the correctness of the analysis in this paper was validated through experimental comparison with the benchmark prototype.
