Diagnostic classification of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder by using dynamic functional connectivity: An fNIRS study

• Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder were classified by using fNIRS & ML approaches. • Dynamic functional connectivity based features were used. • SCZ vs HC, BP vs HC and SCZ vs BP accuracies were found as 82.5%, 79% and 75.5%. • Dynamic functional connections might be biomarkers for psychiatric disorders.
