Effective segregation coefficient and steady state segregation coefficient of germanium in Czochralski silicon

Four methods were used to measure the germanium (Ge) concentration in different locations of Czochralski silicon single crystals (CZSi). The effective segregation coefficient (Keff) and the steady state segregation coefficient (K0) of germanium were calculated and found to be 0.69 and 0.63, respectively.
