摘要
The influence of laser irradiation on the electrochemical properties of carbon material doped with Erbium and Chromium, as an electrode material of supercapacitors, was established from the analysis of impedance spectroscopy data. It has been experimentally shown that the specific capacitance of supercapacitors with electrodes of porous carbon material doped with Erbium and Chromium, increases by 40% and 60%, respectively, compared to the use of undoped carbon material. It has been found that doping with Chromium significantly increases (∼ 4 times) the internal resistance of porous carbon material, while doping with Erbium practically does not change it. An increase in the Coulomb efficiency of supercapacitors formed on the basis of irradiated and doped Er and Cr porous carbon material has been established.
