Adult presentation of congenital tracheooesophageal fistula treated as asthma and recurrent respiratory infections

A 23-year-old man presented to our centre with a 1-day history of non-exertional shortness of breath. The patient stated that he woke up in the morning with wheezing; he reported no fever, chills, nasal congestions, or productive cough.
