摘要
The paper considers the application of guiding devices for intensification of aeration quarries when ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, rare-earth elements, and mineral raw materials for the needs of astronautics and rocket engineering. The results of the research show the reasonability and effectiveness of these devices in recirculating schemes for quarries ventilation with different shapes and thermodynamic state of the atmosphere. The influence of intensification of aeration is achieved by increasing the number and velocity of air movement in the abandoned space, reducing the volume of the circulation zone. The conducted researches allowed one to establish optimum parameters of guiding devices and to calculate parameters of air flows in quarry.
