Skin Self-examination for Skin Cancer Prevention

To the Editor The US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) Recommendation Statement on skin cancer prevention1 suggested a lack of evidence to support skin self-examination as an effective secondary prevention practice. We have concerns about possible oversights in the USPSTF analysis.
