Electron and hole mobilities in bipolar molecular composites of N,N′‐bis(1,2‐dimethyl‐ propyl)‐1,4,5,8‐naphthalenetetracarboxylic diimide (NTDI) and tri‐p‐tolylamine (TTA) are reported. The electron mobility in NTDI/TTA composites is found to be enhanced by factors of 4 to 6 compared to pure NTDI. These results demonstrate a new approach to improving electron mobility in organic materials.
