摘要
Up to date,optical resolution is the important approach to prepare chiral drugs.Classical optical resolution methods include crystallization resolution,kinetic resolution and chromatographic methods.New progresses of these methods are reviewed and the application of membranous resolution and extractive resolution in the preparation of chiral drugs are introduced in this paper.
