Occupational exposure to trichloroethylene can induce a series of immune diseases which include systemic rash, multiple system and organ damage, which are defined as occupational medicamentosa-like dermatitis due to trichloroethylene (OMLDT) . This article reviews the research progress of the role of T cell immunity, humoral immunity and complement system in the immunological pathogenesis of OMLDT to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of OMLDT.职业性三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎(OMLDT)是一种由于职业接触三氯乙烯引起全身皮肤疾患,伴多系统、器官损伤的免疫性疾病。本文从T细胞免疫、体液免疫和补体系统等方面对OMLDT免疫机制研究进展进行综述,为OMLDT的诊治提供理论依据。.
