摘要
There are many studies on the use of solid-liquid triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) to harvest energy from water motion to obtain sustainable electrical energy, but there are very few studies on the collection of oil Kinetic energy. Insulating oil is a kind of liquid dielectric with good physical and chemical properties, dielectric properties, and flow characteristics. It is widely used in power equipment and plays the role of electrical insulation, convection heat dissipation, and arc suppression. We have invented a TENG that can be used to harvest the energy of oil motion. Different structural designs have verified that TENG can effectively collect the mechanical energy generated by oil motion. The generator producing an open circuit voltage of up to 100V, and a short circuit current of up to 0.5μA. Also, using reactive ion etching (RIE) technology to process the surface of the solid insulating material with microstructures, the output of TENG is increased by about five times. The research content of this paper provides experimental support for detecting the electrification degree of the oil flow in the transformer through TENG. The designed TENG can be further applied to the oil flow electrification detection of power equipment.
