The purpose of the study is to develop a method for the formation of a competitive strategy for a transport and logistics company. The study found that the existing classifications of the competitive advantages of transport and logistics companies do not contain a number of important classification features that characterize their length in time, the degree of complexity and sustainability, and also do not take into account some sources of competitive advantages. The result of the study is the obtained method for monitoring the process of forming a competitive strategy for a transport and logistics company, which is based on an analysis of the macro and microenvironment and the choice of appropriate research tools on the basis of the structural-logical filtering of external and internal factors.
