摘要
A series of CaSrSiO4:0.7 Tb3+, xCu phosphors were prepared by the high-temperature solid-state method. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns show that Cu nanoparticles (NPs) doping has no discernible effect on the structure, but the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images show that the size of CaSrSiO4:Tb3+ particles increases with Cu NPs concentration. The X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) result proves Cu NPs are in the form of phosphor. Under the 245 nm excitation, the incorporation of Cu NPs significantly enhanced the photoluminescence (PL) intensity of the CaSrSiO4:Tb3+ nanophosphor. Finally, the adjustment mechanism of Cu NPs to the PL properties of CaSrSiO4:Tb3+ was analyzed.
