摘要
This multi-ratio switched-capacitor DCDC converter supports $2-8\mathrm{~V}$ input voltage using only $2.5\mathrm{~V}$ IO devices in 28nm CMOS. Its scalable architecture allows for configurations with 2 to 4 external $1\mu\mathrm{F}$ capacitors enabling optimum power management for a broad range of low-end to high-end automotive microcontrollers with $0.9-1.1\mathrm{~V}$ core supply and up to $670\mathrm{~mA}$ load current. The peak efficiency is 91%. Switch conductance regulation ensures constant frequency operation, mandatory for automotive applications.
