摘要
This paper presents a novel fluorescent probe (GNEM) based on a pyrene fluorophore, with dicarboximide as the recognition unit for hydrazine. The fluorescence probe can be synthesized in a simple one-step process. A highly selective and sensitive fluorescence turn-on GNEM synthesized. GNEM react with hydrazine through nucleophilic addition, leading to the deprotection of dicarboximide and the release of dicarboximide hydrazine, resulting in significant blue fluorescence. This enhanced emission is attributed to the intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) sensing mechanism of GNEM. In addition, detection of hydrazine in soil and water is conducted. By designing a simple detection device, the hydrazine content in the air can be quantitatively measured.
