摘要
Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) materials can be directly carbonized or combined with other materials to obtain porous carbons or composites loaded with metal/metal oxide and doped with nonmetals such as N, P, and B. The addition of dielectric metal oxide, magnetic metal particle, and nonmetallic element can enrich the loss mechanisms and bring abundant heterogeneous interfaces in the composite system, which can enhance the interfacial polarization and relaxation at the interface and increase the scattering of electromagnetic waves. Carbon materials derived from MOFs show excellent properties of high surface area, high porosity, adjustable pore size, high conductivity and stability, and their applications in microwave absorption have become a rapidly expanding research field. Herein, the mechanism and classification of microwave absorption materials are briefly discussed and the advantages of MOFs and carbon‐based materials in microwave absorption field are considered. The recent achievements of MOFs derived carbon‐based microwave absorption composites are summarized in detail, and the effects of different components and special microstructures are also analyzed. In addition, the current challenges and the research perspectives are also proposed.
