Stabilization of fragrances has attained a great deal of attraction in a handful of applications to benefit from their characteristics for a longer time. Essential oils (EOs) and their essence possess a wide spectrum of desirable traits besides their pleasant odor, which culminate in a global demand for their permanence. Simultaneously, the encapsulation of these scents into the electrospun nanofibers has been given very much attention due to the rising demands of nanofibers and nanofibrous fabrics in various fields. In this chapter the aromas and fragrance materials particularly the EOs are first introduced. Then, the procedure for encapsulation of these scent materials into the electrospun fibers, extend release through macromolecules materials, and release assessing are properly investigated. Furthermore, the potential applications of scent nanofibrous such as food packaging, pharmaceutical webs, breathing face mask, air-filters, cosmetics, and textiles are demonstrated.
