摘要
In this design, a high-precision ultrasonic ranging system based on the STM32 processor as the control system is designed for the walking and obstacle avoidance process of the mobile robot. The system adopts the principle of ultrasonic reflection and time crossing method, combined with the temperature compensation circuit, effectively eliminates the influence of temperature on ultrasonic sound velocity propagation. The average filtering algorithm is used to correct the random error of the system. Realized from hardware transmitting and receiving circuit to software program development. The error is further reduced by fitting the experimental data with the least square method. The results show that this design can reduce the relative error of the measured distance to within 0.37%. And can effectively improve the accuracy of the ultrasonic distance measuring device.
